More information here

This will be a day-long class where Nyssa Tang will demonstrate ACT treatments on 4 volunteer patients and show the process from intake, channel examination and diagnosis to treatment. There will be time after each treatment to have dialogue about how the channel findings help us understand the channel-organ physiology, point selection and point location. Dr. Wang Ju-Yi’s Applied Channel Theory provides a framework based in classical Chinese medicine theories to help practitioners better understand the physiological mechanisms that are contributing to their patients’ health concerns. This approach gives practitioners practical skills that help us decipher patient symptoms in combination with hands-on techniques that guide us towards clear diagnoses and treatments. This two day course will introduce students and practitioners to the foundations of channel physiology in the 6 levels and channel palpation techniques through interactive lectures and hands-on practice. It’s a great opportunity to learn a new diagnostic tool to bring back to your practice to help streamline your treatments.

Tuition: $500 for L.Ac's and $450 for students. Payment in full is required to save a spot in this class.
